STORY BOOK

My name is Belky Hernandez, and I am a first-generation college student. I am part of St. Olaf College's class of 2023, and I am double majoring in Psychology and Political Science on a pre-law track. For the most part, I have gotten to and through college thanks to the support and advice from several outstanding mentors in my life. These include, first and foremost, God, who has guided and provided me with the tools I need to traverse this journey. Next is my beautiful heroine, my mother, whom through example has shown me how to be a true warrior Queen. Lastly, my school mentors who have enlightened me with their own experiences, suggestions, and referrals to opportunities I was previously unaware of.

I have also developed a helpful habit of looking into articles, websites, and in conjuction with my own trials and errors have used it all as an aid to maximizing my chances of success. All of this knowledge, I wish to share for others to learn from.
